Anyone know a nurse who can give a pregnant lady advice? I'm 25w every where is closed and hospital said they can't give advice over phone but my car broke down and I'd be stranded there. I'm having some back pain and don't know how to handle it. This is my first baby.

Not sure if this will help, but I notice if I take a hot shower it helps me tremendously. Use lots of pillows and find a comfy spot to lay in, You can take a Tylenol, just don't take it all the time. Don't take any other pain relievers though.

I don't @tae23 and I've taken Tylenol a lot of people are saying gallstones :S

Use a heat pad in the morning and and ice pack at night. Try also stretching everyday before bed (child's pose, getting on all fours, pigeon pose) and on the days that is truly unbearable take Tylenol extra strength. I have the very same problem, it's really bad for me and that's what my doctor told me to do. I also got a maternity support belt. Try to wear that all day if possible

Is there not a 24 hour nurse line you can call? Where I am the number is 74nurse and you tell them what's going on and they tell you what you can do
