My lunch for today , may not look all that but its good and its helped me lose 65lbs after having Ethan so I'm going to keep doing it. 5months pp 65lbs gone only gained 6 but I'm getting back to my pre pregnancy weight before I had any kids. 20 more lbs to go.

Hard Boiled Eggs w/s&p

Tomato slices w/s&p and lemon juice

I will I do my weight check in tomorrow so I'll post my before and after I'm trying to get it together girl it's tough sometimes I just be wanting to pig out on junk but then I tell myself I'll regret it @babynova12.5.14

good for you.I'm eating better and not much, exercising and drinking water but idk I feel like I'm just getting bigger :( you should post before and after pictures! I bet you look great.

like 2 weeks I also exercise 2 times a day at 6am and right before bed at 10pm I also drunk lots of smoothies too @firstbaby_girl

the avacadoes and toast yes and then some kind of fruit only time I have eggs and tomatoes is at breakfast, then at dinner I eat this minus the eggs with chicken breast or ground turkey @firstbaby_girl
