Freaking out here!! 😫😫 all I've heard is horror stories about IUDs. To make it worse, my husband topped it off with a story he told me today. So scared to have sex now 😫 PLEASE PLEASE tell me that there are stories that're good about IUDs
I didn't even want an IUD, but it's all my insurance would cover with no exceptions 😫😫
@laura_love, I truly believe it could have some affect bc it can cause scaring in you uterus , but it didn't for me
😫 did getting it imbedded and surgically removed it mess with your fertility or anything? @Ada alynns_mommy
@laura_love, I have Mirena for 2 years and I had to get it surgically removed it got imbedded in my uterus. Worst experience of my life😑😓
But I didn't have Mirena lol I had Paragard I loved it so much! I was supposed to get it again after I had my baby in January but I still haven't gotten around to making the appointment I need to get to it tho soon.
I've not had any symptoms except for headaches, but I'm paranoid @babyeitrem yes!! Another good story @kainesmadre
I never got a pill it wasn't tell I talked to someone who does them more times then not that they are supposed to. just remember if something doesn't feel right to bring it up to your doctor's @laura_love
The sprayed me with some numbing spray that didn't work, but no pill @babyeitrem glad to hear someone did @hazel529july2
We'll I have to go back in 6 weeks to make sure it's still in place. So I guess I'll just see what happens between now and then @anim
i got induced on july 1st i took a pill started having mild contractions they checked me after 4 hours to take the second dose and i was dilated to a 3 i took the second dose and about 3 hours later i started getting hard contractions they checked me and i was dilated to a 6..i kept up with the contractions for another hour and they checked me and said i was still a 6 and thats when i got some stuff in my iv to wait for the epidural after i got the epidural i felt great xD they put me on pitcion and i couldnt feel any contractions i slept untill i was 9 cm which was about 3 hours later then it was time to start pushing about 30 mins after that i was a 10 they took the epidural down to a low dose of it so i could have the energy to push an hour later i had my baby girl :) i heard horror stories all the time about iuds but my experience seemed completely normal some women just dont have the good experience but i did :)
yes they are supposed to. it makes insertion less painful and easier so they can see what they are doing.. not going to lie it doesn't feel good but i loved it never had any bad symptoms @laura_love
I didn't get a pill @laura_love I think it depends on your doctor. Mine just always made me feel weird. If you feel fine I wouldn't worry about it!
I know!! I had to get mine taken out:(. (way before we decided to have a baby of course) it was good at first but then my hair started falling out in clumps and I had bruising all over my body!:( honestly, just see how your body reacts to it! If it frightens you or you don't feel right with it in then don't hesitate to get it removed
That's what scares me the most @addalynns_mommy
