I started insanity again yesterday and I'm dying. its hard enough beinf sore but to add a baby and being tired on top of it. lord I'm going to need three cups of coffee a day just to function, but I'm dedicated to loosing this baby weight.

its great exhausted I'll said its only 30mins non stopping love it I lost 45lbs (before pregnancy) & I did some of the works outs until I was 25wks preggo but got bigger so I stop! lol its great but expensive I got it for $139.00 + Tax but worth it :)

Wanted to share with my baby bump ladies !!! This was my ultrasound pictures at 7 weeks 4 days !! I'm 8 weeks 1 day today !! Have to turn pictures upside down to see baby.. I'm in love with my little one !!!! Due date january 26th, 2019.
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
I'm being induced. Baby has no heartbeat. I am numb and just want to die.
Just watched the American Circumcision documentary on Netflix and now I'm questioning it more than ever. The poor babies 😭💙
I used to cry while doing insanity buts its worth it! I threw up and just felt like crap at first but it gets easier towards the end went from 270 to 198 I loved my body after insanity.
