This is the most rediculous thing I've ever seen. You have more patience then I do because I would freak out on her crazy ass. Children play. And are not going to be silent while doing so because they shouldn't! They're kids! At least he/she is playing outside not on the computer all damn day. It's really crazy and SHE is inconsiderate for thinking her dogs and birds are more important than your kid. If it is YOUR yard then who the hell is she to tell you what your baby can and can't do??? I would starlight up tell her to F off and PLEASE let her call the cops so they can have a funny story to tell they're family about the crazy lady that didn't want a kid to play so her bird and dogs can have peace and quiet. Smhhhhh.

I would definitely tell them do they want me to call the cops so they can hear how dum they sound and to kiss my ass them and their damn dogs and continue to let my kids play outside like kids are suppose to in "MY YARD"
And police won't do a thing.. It's not like your son is running around at night, where like my neighbors have their fdogs bark at night I don't go tell them oh shut your dog up.. They can have to understand this is a child, know that needs to play outside,

First of all it's your yard so you can do whatever you want, and in my opinion your kids can play as long as they want and do whatever they want!
