OK LADIES I NEED ADVICE, im currently 38 weeks pregnant and Im getting induced in 7 days for one I want him to come on his own being that most inductions lead to csections ( I definitely dont want that) my birth plan is to go natural im a ftm so I have a doula to help me with pain management. Now the problem I have thats stopping me from my baby coming on his own is my cervix still being closed its very thin but ive not dialated yet the doctor keeps telling me to have intercourse but me and my bf have sex twice a day everyday for the past month were both exhausted and my vag is still super tight im do agrivated and sad I need help ladies how to get my cervix open and dialated b4 my induction date.

walking, spicy food, try raspberry leaf or cumin tea, eat pineapple, bounce on yoga ball. walk up and down stairs.
They told me the same thing that "I was to tight & wasn't dilating at all" and I was 38 weeks also,, My ob also wanted to induced me and I rejected because I wanted baby to come on his own & go all natural! I walked a lot my last weeks! ate pineapples and baby was here one day before my due date! 😚😘 You can do it momma ! baby would come in no time !! 🙏
