please tell me how to get rid of acid reflux fast!!! it's so bad I can't even sleep

I drink Zantac. otc and girl do I sleep now I want able to sleep or eat because everything would give me acid reflux /heartburn

if you have cucumbers slice them up and eat them it will help

All you need is one tablespoon or two of vinegar depending on how bad the reflux is. And don't drink any water for at least 5 min or so after so it can do its magic without being diluted from the water.
