What advice would you give to someone who's trying to get pregnant?

there is plenty of advise but it depends how far you want to go..

We've tried for almost 3 years to conceive with no luck , I came across an article about maca root capsules. and decided to give it a try, we fell pregnant in less than 3 months ! I'm due august 16th with a healthy baby boy! ♡
