Ok well it's been 12 hours, I'm still having very consistent contractions thatve gotten more painful, but I'm not progressing so I was sent home. What can I do to help me progress?? This is not fun.

water broke around 4 am.. it seems like time is flying by... but it's been 8 hours of Labour..

def sex. I was having contractions Thursday. .. wasn't dilated at all... had sex yesterday and today I'm in hospital with bby on his way: )
