🚨🚨BIG QUESTION LADIES🚨🚨

My son is going to be a month old on Wednesday. This morning he woke up with a sort of red eye and his lid was kind of puffy. 3 hours later after his nap he woke up with white gunk sealing his eye. What could this be??? I know if it happens to older kids it's usually a sign of pink eye but he hasn't been around anyone with pink eye and neither have I.
