How long of a maternity leave would you guys want? Isn't 3 months too long?

That's what my mother, my mil and my boyfriend want me to do.. 3 months

@mrsalston my mom told me 6 weeks would be good. If I just get a job idk if I would want to then be gone for 3 months

i took almost 5 months for my leave i wasn't ready to leave my baby

I'll be having a csection and depending on any complications/recovery I don't think three months is enough maybe 6 @bray22

once your baby is here youll probably change your mind lol. it took me 5 months to leave my 1st born

@mamateee, lol that's literally what I just told my bf. I say it's long now until she actually comes

yess girl. it was the hardest thing I had to do so with my 2nd I waited about a yr & now on my 3rd pregnancy still not sure what I will do. Still got a couple weeks to think about all that lol

6 weeks seems so short but 3 months seem so long. 😩 I'm sure I'll never want to go back once my cub gets here though.

@mamateee, yeah I feel like once I see her I'm not going to want to be away from her. I'll just have to see how it goes
