Mommies when did you start giving your baby food and water? I am aware that babies aren't supposed to eat until 6 months or unless told differently by thier doctor.

Water and food both wait till 6 months. Food before 1 is just for fun and shouldn't be relied on for nutrition. Water is just to get them used to the taste so they drink it after 1 when they'll actually need it n

my baby just turned 6 months and they said we couls give her water. i do a little bit every once in a while but not alot.
