I'm not sure if it is baby girl kicking but I get these pains right under my boob. but usually I just feel her kicks on my side about even with my belly button
I get the rib pain to and I asked my Dr, he said if it's sharp pains it's ur ribs trying to separate and make more room..it's very painful but he also said it will go away right after i have the baby.so tht could be what ur having to
Honestly my friend complained of baby being in her ribs at like 25wks but I'm 32wks and she has her feet up there but I barely ever feel her kick my ribs.
