lately I can only sleep when I'm on my back. I hope I'm not damaging anything. it doesn't hurt or anything. got any info anyone?
I sleep on my back all the time. my hips and pelvis feel like the bones are breaking when I lay on my side for too long. it's painful. I have to force myself to stay on my side. I also have a snoogle and it worked wonders in the beginning of the 2nd trimester now it doesn't do squat.
If I do end up on my stomach my baby kicks, moves and pushes lmao! I can already tell this child is not going to be pushed around lol
I get so uncomfortable when I sleep it's annoying. I've even sleeping on my belly since I was a child so I guess the habit is hard to break
I have a memory foam mattress topper. it's very supportive. I do find myself hallway laying on my belly too sometimes. @trezelle
@imstillhungry, yeah I need to get a travel pillow to do that. @junesmommy15 is really comfy at first though.
I have that same issue! Before getting pregnant I use to sleep on my belly. I obviously cannot do that anymore so now for some reason while sleeping I always end up on my back. I don't have a pregnancy pillow yet but I normally put pillows between my leg and behind my back to prevent me from rolling but that doesn't help. Especially when I'm restless, I be all over the bed lol
oh my. That goes to show it doesn't work for everyone. That looks like heaven.
Same for me. I tried side sleeping for most of my first trimester, and now I'm having rib issues on my left side. I try sleeping on my left, right, but usually end up on my back anyway. I try to put put pillow under one hip so I'm not totally flat on my back.
Before getting one I had my husband to buy me a long pillow from walmart which helped too.
@junesmommy15, I think I didn't get one that's right for my body. the part that goes under my head makes my neck hurt bc is too thick.
aww I'm sorry mamas. You are right about the preggo problems
Yea it's been hard for me. I just wake up on my back.
ugh stops auto correct makes it difficult to get up to pee
I have one @junesmommy15 it had made me being up to be very difficult lol. preggo problems. @lunabuena
