@jjbutton, @cassie2136 swelling went down by the next morning. dr said to rest and elevate if it happens again.

Your doctor may be able to recommend some. I known mine wears them every day. I bought some on Amazon, but any medical store or travel store may have some.

I'm 23 weeks tomorrow and have some swelling. The heat makes it worse, but if I am in air conditioning for a good length of time that helps. Also, since I have been doing some traveling compression socks help. I still swell, but it usually goes down at night. The compression socks help to reduce the risk of blood clots.

I've been drinking water, relaxing, and staying inside out of the heat. this blows lol.@cassie2136,

Mild swelling is normal especially in the heat but be careful drink lots of water and elevate your legs :) @jomommaclark

I have a dr appointment on Tuesday. they aren't too bad but I'm going to mention it for sure.

If the swelling is really bad you should call your dr bc it could be something serious and especially if it happened out of no where
