I've been so constipated since I've been pregnant and I didn't think I'd be able to shake it but last night I had dinner with a friend and she made a salad I kidd you not that salad sent me to the restroom im completely constipation free!!!! The salad was made from "arugula" I figured I'd share since I know there's more preggies struggling besides me!
