I'm currently almost 22 weeks and I constantly have mild period like cramps in my lower abdomen, has any one else experienced this? there's no bleeding or spotting or anything just cramps

Yea I'm going to mention it @islanddreamer07 and it's weird but I haven't been able to eat chocolate since I've been pregnant I don't crave it at all and when I eat it I never finish it. I've never really been a chocolate eater tho
I would mention it at your next appt but yes it can be normal. chocolate helps just like if it is that time of month

it could be your uterus expanding of there's no other signs and baby is still active
