Does anyone take any other vitamins, in addition to prenatals? If so, what are you taking & why?

because my Dr is overly cautious and wanted me to be safe than sorry.

Iron, vitamin d-doctor told me I was little deficient in both found through blood work nothing major though!

Iron. I must be low because as soon as the doctor took my blood he told me to start them.

taking newborn out
When did you take your newborn out for the first time? What precautions did you take to ensure safety and health?
babybump_user I waited 6 weeks to take her anywhere besides the doctors. Even now, she is 12 weeks

@mssjudyk, I asked my Dr at my last appt if I should be taking anything in addition to prenatals & she told me no. Said only calcium on days I'm not getting enough in my diet. I have just been curious because my sister took other supplements during her pregnancy, and I read others do too. I guess since we are all different, it's best to see what Dr recommends. thanks for your comment. :)
