Does anyone ever get this weird restless feeling? Kind of feels like restless legs but it's not just in my legs. Kind of feels like my nerves are all on edge. What could this be? It's horrible. Happens the worst when I wake up. Sometimes IT wakes me up!

Been trying to sleep since like 1, and I wake up every hour because I feel like I need to move. Think I seriously have my take on restless leg, well mine is restless body 😩 it's 6 am, taken a bath with Epsom salt and now drinking chamomile tea. ☕ any ideas of why it's like this... Because I seriously want to cry

Shaved my legs, painted my toenails, lotioned up. Now I feel like a million bucks!
Has anyone else had leg pains in the middle of the night? Much like restless legs but more of an annoyance. Often keeps me up or wakes me up. What did you do to help the pain?

Yeah, or a constant need to jerk or move but not just in my legs! I don't know how many people will understand this comparison, but I was prescribed Vicodin for years for my RA before I decided to get off it on my own, without realizing how physically dependent you can get. You get a similar feeling coming off medicine like that! I guess physical withdrawals? It kinda feels like that, which sucks because I did that once already and was so happy to never feel that way again, haha!
