Good morning Mommies 😁 I really want to breastfeed and so I would like to have some suggestions on how to get more breast milk to come out. I've heard of pills so far but I don't know how they're called. Anything else other than those pills? Comment below ⬇
OMG thanks @mssjudyk I didn't know that ! I have a breastpump thank God 😊
When you have your baby, while still in the hospital hearing them cry will.help bring your milk down. Nipple shields are life savers! pumping every two hours helps increase your milk flow, pumping while you breastfeed helps a ton... make sure to buy some nipple cream, I suggest the medela one. stimulating your breasts help too, a lactation nurse will show u how while in hospital. .
Oh God thanks for letting me know @shellyds I will try other natural methods then 😘
I heard that after you try the fenugreek that it will work just for 2-3 days then it will dry out your milk. I heard it from like 5 people
I've herd of fenugreek....haven't tried it myself but I plan to
Aww thank you @laducerfamily I'm hoping everything goes well bc my sister and my mom weren't able to breastfeed due to little breastmilk coming out so I'm hoping it doesn't happen to me 😰

no problem... if your milk doesn't come before baby is.born.. when baby Is born and you're in hospital, let baby cry... it's better when u Do it at the hospital that way if u get.overwhelmed u have nurses there to help u and guide u. my baby's father wouldn't let him cry...my milk didn't come in till he was 5 days... when he cried non stop a whole night and wouldn't let me sleep and it overwhelmed me so much I had to.set.him down and cry my eyeballs out... then I felt something wet my leg.... I looked down and it was my milk... my poor baby was so hungry... I almost gave in and gave him formula...
