Calling all moms who cook! I'm a FTM, will be a SAHM for a while, and although I can cook some, I don't know any good recipes. I can pretty much cook eggs, chili, tacos, and spaghetti! I need your help. Please teach me or tell me your fav recipes? Don't forget I'm a novice! :P And any recipes that kids will love as well, that'd be cool too! I need all the help I can get.
You can pretty much season them however you like. Salt and pepper with a little dried thyme and garlic is good too.
I pat the legs dry with a paper towel, then season really simply with salt, pepper, a little soy sauce, garlic, and ginger powder. Let it marinate for a few minutes while the oven preheats. Lay them on a tray covered with parchment paper, and bake at 400 for about 40 minutes. Could be more or less time depending on your oven. When you take them out, just cut into a big leg to make sure the inside looks cooked.
Thank you so much everyone for the advice! :) I really appreciate it. Also, I've seen some women do it, but could I take a casserole dish, add chicken breast, veggies, potatoes, Nd spice (chicken broth?) and bake if, would that actually work? It sounds easy!
@imstillhungry do you mind if I ask for the recipe? That sounds good!
Crock pot is where it's at! You add ingredients and wala dinner is served! Pinterest has so many amazing recipes!
Baked chicken legs are a go-to for me when I don't have energy to do much.
Try Pinterest, Kraft Foods, All The Cooks! I post recipes on here now & then too! 😊
