HELP..I have the most humiliating question...i hemorrhoids so bad that even sitting down to pee, eat, driving in the car they come out and seem to take days to go away. I'm only 31 weeks pregnant and the baby hasn't dropped yet. is there anything that can help and that i can put to make them go away
