My contractions are starting to get extreamly painful ....they are 10 mins apart and last for least 1minute......any tips on how to cope i try breathing which helps little but the pain is extreamly intense at 38 wks
Mom's that went natural no meds , was it painful? Or painful PAINFUL ? I got an epidural last time but I wanna go no meds...
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
