we've been best friends since high school and she introduced my husband and I. ever since we found out we were pregnant first it's been a competing life. whos giving birth first. she was pissed when I gave birth on her due date. yet again I had a 72 hr labor as she had a 6 hr. it's a back and forth thing. who's boy is bigger, who's saying words, who's more active. it will be that way. it's hard not to compete. but know that every child grows and learns differently. and if she gives you any adives, don't be rude about it. just say Yeah I might have to try that. and if you don't want to you font have to. best of luck!!

I love being pregnant with my sister in law, my middle one is ten days older than my niece, and now we are pregnant together again... Maybe it's different because we are good friends? But we go for pedicures and plan things for the kids together...

how did it dish out afterwards with like attention toward the babies from the family?

my sister n law was a week and a half after me. I had my baby on her due date, and three days later she had hers. I felt the same way
