QUESTION: does anybody know if you can eat sandwiches like the kind u get at subway when your pregnant??

Lol it has been one of my worst cravings! @phasion it's the only thing I'll make sandwiches with. And I'm so terrible about eating it right from the bag.

@santistevanmommie lol omg no you didn't hush lol but do be careful with salami too because its extremely high in sodium i like salami myself but i eat it once every blue moon lol

I've had subway toasted, untoasted, firehouse subs toasted... However I do microwave lunch meat when I make them at home. The chances of listeria are slim but you don't want to take the chance... @jesslynn @tanesha2 @phasion @mommyof1boy @santistevanmommie

I have failed in my pregnancy then lol @phasion I've eaten salami straight from the bag and had jimmy johns sandwiches and port of subs lol

@jesslynn ohhh i get what you're saying but yes that's not enough to kill the bacteria

@phasion, they always toast it after they put the meat on it. That's the only way subway will heat deli meat
