Well good news is if it does, you can keep pumping, but don't give up!

@camillesmom, I'm just hoping it doesn't cause nipple confusion and she won't decide she won't breastfeed anymore.

awww atleast there are pumps for that though so she can still get the good stuff!

@camillesmom, we are actually at home. There is a service out here that delivers the blankets and you can use them until the baby gets better then return them. @kiicarnelly she's a week old so I've been able to hold her since she was born. They just brought me the blanket today and she has to be on it for 2 days.

My baby had that too, but I didn't get a blanket she was in the hospital for two days in the bed. It was awful. But it gets better!!

I'm sure it does! Just know you will soon, and just don't let go! It will be a joy when you do! Do you know when you can take her home

@kiicarnelly, thank you :) jaundice is what yellows their skin and the whites of their eyes. It's caused by baby having an excess of bilirubin in their liver and the more they have the worse it is. That's a lot of the reason why a baby gets vitamin K shots at birth. Her feet are like that because of how she was in utero lol. She didn't have any room left and they stayed tucked against her legs. She's also had to have her heel pricked 3 times to check her bilirubin levels since she's been born so her feet are probably bruised.

Aww my son had too bring that home it sucked so bad... 3 of my kids had jaundice
