@babyhill, yea some ppl told me it didn't work too

put two table spoons and mix it with pineapple juice or a smoothie make sure u have more juice than oil and mix it well

My friend took it she said it didn't just made her feel horrible.

I did and it worked but caused me more pain than necessary and made my Dr stupid too Lol
