QUESTION

okay so latly each time i have to go poop I get this horrible cramp /pain my low pelvic area . once I go poop then it's fine anyone else have thissthissn or now whyn it happening ???

it could be because your baby is pushing down on your organs so it makes other hard to use the bathroom

TMI

every time I have a contraction I feel like I have to poop or pee. Sometimes both 😩 is this Normal ??

Mommies out there what do you do when going to the beach with a baby in a diaper? Like do you go with a diaper? Or only swim wear how would that work if they poop ? I have never done this help!!!
