definately dont give up hun, although if you were unsuccessful this month maybe consider taking a break. just for like one cycle. treat yourself to some r&r. i haven't been trying for as long as you but even just a few months ttc i was getting depressed and me n my S/O talked about it he said i wasn't myself and we decided not try for a month. and its really helped me.. (i know it's naughty but we even went out to a bar n had some drinks) i got a pedicure n a puppy😊 now af is right around the corner and I'm ready to try again.
