So sorry if this is TMI, but I have a question for all the mommies that are on birth control. Well, more specifically, Mirena. I got my Mirena put in on Tuesday, and I've had 3 instances where a think glob or pieces of one came out of me. A saw a little blood this morning when I wiped after it happened, but the glob doesn't look like blood. Honestly, and I apologize if I ruin ya'll's appetite, but it looked like beef from beef stew. Also, the clump this morning had a whitish tint over it. It looked kinda like plastic. Has anyone had this type of issue with Mirena? Should I call my dr or is it just some weird looking blood? Any help is welcomed. Thanks

No, my mirena is white and what's coming out is like a brown color. So I don't think it's my mirena. If it happens again today, though, I'll call my dr
I was just going by what you said. It sounded like you thought it was pieces of mirena coming out. That's probably unlikely though. But if it's lodged and out of place, you should def have it checked out.
Sounds like pieces of it are coming out. You should have them check it out before it messes you up inside. Those things can cause infertility.

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
