I just bought palmers cocoa butter formula massage lotion for stretch marks about two weeks ago and it seems to already be helping! It smells good also! And doesn't leave your skin all oily .

I just use organic refined or unrefined coconut oil. In the cooking isle. I use it on EVERYTHING. my hair, armpits, lubricant, feet, for oil pulling for my teeth, nipple cream and plan on using it for baby. It has antibiotic agents and my skin soaks it up. I also use vitamin e oil on my problem spots, like my tummy and sides. as you get further along make sure to get your sides, back and butt moisturized as well as your belly😉

Did your DH /SO help you prepare for labor?

Did your DH /SO help you prepare for labor? I feel like the whole point of having a DH is that they are there for you, that they help you prepare. They help you learn new breathing techniques. They give you massages. They read the books. They believe in you.
