@amandaw3 Few days ago I've also got my neck pain back. But I had been diagnosed with some sort of herniated disc in my neck a year ago and got treatment. Now it's back. So one part of my treatment were the pills, a type of muscle relaxant that's forbidden to take during the pregnancy. The other helping part been massages and physical therapy. I might need to go for it again if pain won't go away. This time I've also discovered heating pads (it helps me) and send my hubby to buy one... My physical therapist suggested to try moving the neck even through the pain, coz the worst part is to let those muscles stay stiff. Another treatment option that should be safe during pregnancy is acupuncture, but I'm hesitant to try since I don't know a person who I can trust in this area...

I'm so sorry :( I hope it gets better I wish I could be more help my back is killing me and the only thing that seems to ease it is applying heat and laying down @amandaw3

@aubree1993, yes they gave me pain medicine nothing is helping

I've tried nothing has helped this is my third pregnancy I cannot sleep at all the neck pains so bad

Heating pad helps me

I'm 25 weeks and have terrible back pain too :( it's normal you're carrying that extra weight and I'm not sure about the neck pain could be the way you sleep or might just be tense muscles
