Goodness gracious! What am i going to do with all these cravings for ice cream?? I'm lactose intolerant and yet still want and eat the dang ice cream even though I know it going to tear up my stomach. #thestruggle

There are a lot of company's that make lactose free ice cream I'm not even lactose intolerant and I eat it because it taste creamier to me. Just google lactose free ice cream and see what's out there brand wise
have you tried lactaid dairy pills? They help meb when I eat anything dairy.
You need a yonanas!!! It makes a ice cream like product out of just frozen bananas and other fruit. I like to add chocolate chips and peanut butter to mine :)
