Freezer. The fridge won't do anything unless you have about ten and you switch every 2 minutes. Even in the freezer they only stay cold about 10 minutes! Just make sure you watch baby carefully. My niece got cold burns on the sides of her mouth from holding it there too long.

Don't put it in the freezer, @irisedith, the American pediatric association doesn't recommend it because it can cause burns in the baby's mouth.

At first yes but they will get use to it and they will notice it helps them as well

see if the baby likes it.. trial and error.. mines loved it
