definitely not anything related to pregnancy, but I'm feeling discouraged. has anyone on here went through the USDA to get a single family housing loan? and if so did you buy a fixer upper? we've already been approved just need to find a house for the amount they approved us for but we've already been buying on a fixer upper and have like 2 years left til its ours and I called the loan guy and he just kinda shot me down. I wouldn't have started buying this house if I knew that's how they would act :(

I hate that, they are suppose to help us, the guy I talked to wasn't really rude but realistic, ya know, idc if I have to wait another year til it's finished I've waited 3 years thus far so ugh just wish it wasn't this complicated to get help @mam_a7x

I tried going through them, and the guy I was in contact with blew me off and ignored my calls.
