okay... let me rant for a minute. I'd also like everyone else opinion on this! I was just invited to a baby on facebook by a girl I went to highschool with. Facebook? ok no big deal. I'm using it for my own as well. But then in the description it says bring gifts and your own drink and food for everyone to pass around..... uh. wait a minute! Should my ass just pay for your whole baby shower? Like damn! Then I marked maybe as my RSVP and she proceeds to message me asking whats my gift budget, to look at her registry and tell her what I intend on buying her. I can't even deal with this heffa right now.... MY ASS IS PREGNANT TOO LADY! What do you ladies think about this? I'm astound at how rude she is being and I'm trying to be nice but its just starting to aggravate me.

What?!? What's your gift budget, buy something off the registry and tell me what it is?!? No way!! Soooo rude! Are you still close with this girl?? Sounds like she's just trying to round up as any presents and handouts as possible!!

That sound like a potluck and it's very tacky don't ask my gift budget wth. I'd reply I'm not comfortable giving you that info esp when you also want me to bring food n drink esp when I will be having a shower and baby soon, I plan to bring whatever I can but I can't give you specifics as I haven't even decided for sure if I will be able to make it smh pizzas are 5$ n she can get water n soda for cheap i would never throw a formal event like a shower or Bday party n ask others for food now a random bbq ok but not this wow smh

If she can't afford a couple pizzas & pop than why is she having a baby? They're a lot more expensive. No one should have to bring a gift plus food & drinks that's crazy.
No! That's crazy. Sounds to me like she just wants handouts. And I know baby showers are for people to give you stuff but don't act so full of yourself
I wouldn't go. If I'm bringing a gift I would expect you to provide food and drink, as I did for my own baby shower.
@kparavalos, DANG I would ignore her message.. And maybe put that u won't be attending... She's asking for too much food, gifts and she wants to know my gift budget... Smh

I'd probably wanna smack her lol she seems like a mooch. You don't ask people to bring food and drinks nor tell them to buy gifts. The only thing I said about my baby shower was byob.
