@shortizzie, that's smart! There are five doctors that are in my hospital, so, I have a one and five chance I will end up having my actual doctor when it comes to delevery. I wish I would have got to meet them all, but, really, it's the nurses who do everything anyway! Haha!

@shortizzie, I feel like you may have had a bad experience then! When my sister had all three of her children, the nurses we're amazing! The doctor only shows up when it's pretty much time to push...where as the nurses are there for you the entire time.

with my first child at the obgyn I went to I saw every doctor! they didn't let me see just one so it wasn't a personal experience. but with this pregnancy I switched doctors and I only saw her and that was it. but at the hospital I think about anyone and everyone say my goodies lol then when I had a c section there was even more people coming and going that saw me naked lol. and then saw the insides of me lol

@shortizzie, I totally agree. I took a pregnancy class a few weeks back, and the teacher was like, "honestly...you're paying so much to your doctor for advice. Not for labor itself. You and the nurses do all the work when it comes to labor. The doctor is getting the big bucks for his knowledge."

@courtney_boyea, ohhhhh gosh! 😱 I'm going to be leaving the hospital with no dignity left! 😂 ... I didn't think anything of the fact that I've only ever seen my one doctor, but now I'm thinking maybe I should have seen others..

it'll be ok. it's weird because at the hospital at first your like well this us awkward but then as time goes on your like I don't care just check to see if this kid is coming now lol.

@courtney_boyea, hahaha. My best friend was like that. At first she was like, "okay everyone out of the room, they need to check me." And then after like six hours she was laying butt naked on the bed and didn't care who walked in. Hahaha.

When I was giving birth there was at least 5 or 6 doctor / nurses and then some students they asked first I was like well why not lol

@oliviasmommy24, I wrote on my birth plan that I didn't mind if there were students or not. Hopefully I don't regret that! Haha. I figure they are all professionals, and I'm probably not the first vagina they've ever seen. 😂

I didn't even really notice all them once I started pushing I just kept looking at my bf and the doctor that was delivering her

Yes I did I was in so much pain And to me the needle didn't hurt as much as people say it does but don't wait to long to get the epidural you can get one between 5 and 6cm

@oliviasmommy24, I spoke to my doctor yesterday at my appointment, and he said that I can get one at any stage. That only some hospitals cut you off after you're so far, so that's good! I definitely want one. I'm glad to hear the needle didn't hurt! I'm not really afraid of shots or anything, but, that's like the king of all shots! 😱

Yea definatly I wanted to go natural. But after being induced around 12pmTuesday I needed something around 10am the next day the pain is awful

Idk I had the epidural so I didn't have any pain till right after I had her getting the placenta out lol but I was done I just wanted her out and I was getting really annoyed and upset do I just slept till it was pushing time
