I don't think so, if they can keep the baby in for the lungs to mature as long as they can they will. I had a friend who's water broke at 21 weeks and she was on bedrwst till she was 26 weeks then had the baby. they just take precoutions to make sure the baby and mama don't get any type of infection

im pretty sure fluid can replenish itself if it happens too early
