I'm feeling loads better today. I've tried ginger it hasn't helped & I'm not a lover of lemons even when I'm not pregnant :( I'm trying sea bands & craving vanilla milkshake which makes me feel loads better x

Lemon and Ginger help. Also drinking lots of water :) :) I need to take breaks after a few bites of food because I get a sick feeling! Horrible! I drink some water and it calms down then I can eat a bit more :)
