Everytime I get out the shower, I start feeling sick and light headed. ugh! Do any of you ladies feel like that after you shower???
So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

Yeah I do if I've taken a hot shower. I always have to drink a cold glass of water after n sit for a little !

me! sometimes its cause ive got the water to hot and I don't realize it, also its to much standing sometimes. I have a little purple chair to sit in under the water lol

@myrandaautumn, I've also changed the water temperature so it isn't hot, but that doesn't help. I think I'm going to invest in a shower chair as well, lol.

I have but I think I was a little dehydrated or my blood sugar was low and the hot shower made it worse. Drink a big glass of water and have a snack before you go in.

don't spend lots of money on one, I just use a little chair from a old kids table stuff we had lol, they're plastic and we've had them forevvvvvvvver

Happens to me too girl. I'm pretty sure it's the heat as soon as I sit down after for a minute I'm fine. I also have to eat something first thing I get really light headed
