Everytime I get out the shower, I start feeling sick and light headed. ugh! Do any of you ladies…

Yeah I do if I've taken a hot shower. I always have to drink a cold glass of water after n sit for a little !

me! sometimes its cause ive got the water to hot and I don't realize it, also its to much standing sometimes. I have a little purple chair to sit in under the water lol

@myrandaautumn, I've also changed the water temperature so it isn't hot, but that doesn't help. I think I'm going to invest in a shower chair as well, lol.

I have but I think I was a little dehydrated or my blood sugar was low and the hot shower made it worse. Drink a big glass of water and have a snack before you go in.

don't spend lots of money on one, I just use a little chair from a old kids table stuff we had lol, they're plastic and we've had them forevvvvvvvver

@imstillhungry, maybe my blood sugar is low I'll be sure to talk to the doctor about that, thank you for mentioning that.

maybe your water is too hot

Happens to me too girl. I'm pretty sure it's the heat as soon as I sit down after for a minute I'm fine. I also have to eat something first thing I get really light headed
