Yes I know people who have back problems years after labor! Also, the epi gets into the canal where the baby is too and that's creepy. I want to be alert and everything when they place him on my chest.
I've been planning all this time to get an epidural but the closer I get the. more I feel like I shoulf just do without it. I've heard people still feel pain in thier spines years after having an epidural so I think I'd rather just go through one day of pain $@tracynangel
Oh yeah! Doctors are instructed to deny me pain meds no matter what! I figure women have done it natural all those years I can do. I have a high pain tolerance. My gallbladder was infected for a year before I went to the doctor! Stupid me I know. Took three months to take it out! What about you?

August 1, but doctor thinks it'll be before that. I'm 35+3 days
@thereallittlecountry, we just have to keep that in mind although I know all my brave thoughts might go away when the day finally comes lol
I made the mistake of reading a 'been there done that' post about birth. I'm smart... i know all those things won't happen to me... but oh my jesus. but women have been doing it for centuries so we're in good company!
@expecting2015, @mariceladez I'm glad isms not the only one who feels this way I have 3 weeks left to go and all of the unknowns scare me but we can do this our body's will do what thier supposed to :) were all scared and not a lone
me!!! afraid of the pain and a human coming out of my small vaginal opening!!!! I have 11 days or less and am kinda terrified but just want the end result so bad!
Me I'm anxious to meet my baby but I'm scared ass shit of the pain . I like it to think it'll feel like all the pain I've ever felt in life lol. But I can get through it
