FTM I'm 35 weeks: I been up since 3am and can't go back to sleep I have so many things I need to do so my question is is there anything I can substitute coffee for energy... I feel sleep deprived and understand its normal I just need energy for about 4 hrs or so
sleepytime tea or melatonin. sleepytime tea has no caffeine n is all natural herbs, you can find it in the tea isle at grocery stores. melatonin id ask your doctor about first but its a chemical/ hormone(?) that your brain already makes but you can take a suplement for it to ease you in to sleep, you can find with vitamins but if strongly suggest asking your doctor if it's ok to take first. hope this heels
