One quick question, so I was told that prenatal vitamins don't help you get pregnant. But I have been told by some few friends that they do help you conceive. Is that true ??

They just help you stay healthy, and healthy bodies conceive faster than unhealthy bodies. (:

They themselves won't improve the odds of the egg becoming fertile by the sperm but prenatals (especially FOLIC acid) help you and your uterus stay healthy...which in turn if there's a fertilized egg your uterus will be ready to go. Hope this helps.
