feeling emotional.... my milk finally came in last night and Elizabeth latch is perfect but my poor baby girl hasn't been able to keep anything down since my milk came in. I'm scared that she might be allergic to my milk. I don't want to supplement. thank goodness she has an appointment to go to tomorrow.

I didn't want to supplant either. Turns out I'm having a problem keeping up with my two week old. Earths Best has a line of organic formula if you do have to start supplementing. So far my son loves it. It's made from lactose from cows that have not been hormonally treated. It's not cheap but I try to get the best for my little one.
