How Often Do Moms Experience Braxton Hicks Contractions?

For a couple of minutes twice a day

just called the hospital and spoke to a nurse. she told me to just wait a little while longer and see what happens. she said it sounds like braxton hicks and just to keep and eye and call back if they get painful.

them sound like real contractions.. u need to go to l&d to get monitored.

if they feel like a period cramp then that is a contractions if it just tightening with no pain its a braxton Hicks. However, braxton Hicks don't usually have a "rhythm" to them so having them consistent in 3-5 intervals is unusual.... I would get it checked out if laying down and drinking water doesn't stop them

im only 29 weeks and freaking out right now

they dont hurt they are just a little uncomfortable. i thought real contractions are supposed to hurt???!

sweetie that's real contractions that ain't braxton hicks...get to the er now
