is it possible I could be 3 months along and me just finding out last week I'm pregnant. March I threw up once. felt better. and may threw up once and my period came two days early last month. and I just found out I'm pregnant. any guesses or ideas?

My sister in law got her period first 3 months WENT to the Dr they did blood test was negative and after the 3 months she missed her period and she was pregnant and was already 3 months. No symptoms whats so ever. So yeah.

yeah see March April and May I had my period just puked once out of the months. this month no period.
