everywhere I read online says the fda doesn't approve of using numbing med s such as orajel for teething??

It makes the gums tougher for the tooth to break through Hylands teething tablets are they way to go I know they sell them at Walmart

My pediatrician said no to baby orajel bc it can be swallowed and numb thir throat

@alicia3_21, I've never personally used them with Pai but I have friends who swear by them...I've never heard that so maybe we will steer clear of that

@alicia3_21, the teething tabs work great. And the seizure thing happened years ago, and has since been fixed. But with social media people circulate old news.

And yeah, everything I've read is orajel isn't recommended because of the numbing for the gag reflex. I haven't asked her doctor, but I don't want to risk it.
