With my first one I was packed and ready at 32 weeks because it was my first and I was already 2 cm dilated so I was just trying to be prepared but didn't go into labor until 39 weeks and 5 days. This time I'm not gonna worry about the bag packed until 36. But I am already starting to make a list of things I need and wanna pack.
