People said for a while it caused hip dysplasia to wear this way not its that it doesn't cause it but can aggravate a baby more likely to have it. There are carriers that are deemed safe and ergonomical to forward face in but those carriers still recommend it not be done for long periods of time"

also she says about your photo "That one doesn't look like it had a good seat for forward facing but it could just be the baby needs to be adjusted properly too. It's hard to tell in pics sometimes"
